Responsibilities :

  • Elicited business requirements & translated it to User Stories and Epic
  • Managed Sprint Cycles, Stand ups, Retrospectives, Reviews
  • Assisted Product Owner with right-sizing product backlog by distinguishing the user ‘wants’ from ‘must haves’
  • Helped Product Owner create the Product Backlog by writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Managed scope changes, prioritize & take ownership for backlog decisions
  • Conducted Gap Analysis, Scope Analysis, Impact Analysis, feature enhancements on Business Process using techniques such as use case diagrams (UML), Context Diagram, BPMN, Flow charts
  • Organized & Lead Requirement Gathering (Elicitation) meetings using techniques like Interviews, Questionnaires, Interface Analysis, Document Analysis and Brainstorming Sessions
  • Prioritized Requirements using MOSCOW
  • Captured and drafted Requirement documents in form of BRD/FRD/SRS, Use Case, Change Requests, Traceability Matrix and Mind Maps
  • Communicated client’s business requirements by constructing easy to understand data and process models
  • Involved in creating wireframes and mockups for the system
  • Done verification/validation of requirements to ensure they deliver business value by conducting various Reviews and workshops with clients
  • Performed quality assurance (functional testing) facilitating on-time and acclaimed “go-live” of the application.
  • Acted as center point of contact for all project activities liaising with Delivery Managers
